When you purchase a Venor Lavvo or Venor Gamme, we provide free repairs for tears, holes, fastenings, windows, and zippers. While our lavvos and gammes are built to withstand tough and challenging weather conditions, wear and tear can still happen. All our private customers are entitled to free repairs and servicing for up to 3 years! Simply send the product to us, and we’ll ensure it gets the necessary care and maintenance.

We handle all types of repairs, from minor fixes to major restorations, for lavvos and gammes (and potentially other sewn products). If you happen to get a tear in the fabric, it’s usually not a problem to fix. We can replace windows, pipe passages, fastenings, poles, and more. We work with fabrics of all ages, although in some cases, the material may be too worn for us to recommend a repair.

For warranty or claim-related issues, we’ll cover the shipping costs to and from our facility. Shopping with us ensures reliability and peace of mind!
